Moments that Matter
Jamie Peart, founder and owner of J.P. Signature Group – KW and founder of Building Brighter Futures, hosts multiple events throughout the year designed to strengthen the Beaufort, SC community. These events provide local businesses with valuable exposure and opportunities to build meaningful relationships, while offering free, family-friendly entertainment for both residents and visitors. Community events include outdoor family movie nights, complimentary holiday photos, and seasonal giveaways.
In addition to these smaller gatherings, Jamie Peart also produces the Music Festival of the Lowcountry—a free, live music festival created to enrich the community. The festival’s mission is to provide an engaging, no-cost experience, promote local businesses, showcase local and regional musical talent, and celebrate music in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Sponsorships secured for all events make it possible to keep them free for the community. Any surplus funds directly support the mission of Building Brighter Futures, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk children in the local area.

Jamie Peart began her career as a real estate agent with Keller Williams, building a foundation rooted in service, trust, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate life’s transitions.
2022
In 2022, Jamie took a major step forward by founding J.P. Signature Group – Keller Williams. For Jamie, real estate became about more than buying and selling homes—it became a platform for building relationships, strengthening community ties, and creating lasting local impact.

Driven by her belief in connection, Jamie began hosting free community events on a small scale, including outdoor movie nights, kickball tournaments, holiday photo sessions, and client giveaways. These gatherings created meaningful opportunities for neighbors to connect and feel at home in their community.
2023
Jamie pitched and brought to life the first Music Festival of the Lowcountry, a free festival held in downtown Beaufort, SC. The event was designed to enrich the community by supporting local businesses, spotlighting local artists, and celebrating music in an inclusive, welcoming environment.
2025
Following overwhelming community support and success, planning is now underway for the 3rd Music Festival of the Lowcountry, continuing the mission of accessible, community-centered experiences.
Beyond
Building on the success of these events, Jamie founded her long-time passion project, Building Brighter Futures, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the local community through free, inclusive events. Proceeds directly support at-risk children by funding programs that enrich their lives, nurture their potential, and inspire a brighter future for all.
