Jaye Winemiller
After spending countless summers on Hilton Head Island, my family and I found our way from Pennsylvania to Beaufort in 2014. As a Lowcountry Local, I’m excited to share my passion for this coastal community with others! I graduated in 2018 from Lynchburg College in Virginia, where I earned a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management.
Upon graduating, I immediately got started in real estate by working as a Listing Manager for Keller Williams Realty. Shortly after, I became a licensed REALTOR® and hit the ground running. In the last few years, I’ve had the opportunity to represent first-time homebuyers, military clients, seasoned investors, and large corporations. I’ve sold everything from vacant land and mobile homes to commercial buildings and deepwater estates. I look at each transaction as a learning opportunity to broaden my expertise in this field.
In 2023, I joined the J.P. Signature Group, and I am so honored to be working alongside such a diverse and hard-working team. With a priority of customer service, I look forward to working with future clients to buy, sell, or invest here in the Lowcountry.
